Where is Simeon?

"This is the blessing that Moses, the man of God, spoke over the people of Israel before his death..." (Deut. 33)

This is how this last portion (= Parasha) of the Torah reading cycle starts. I started reading. Blessings for each tribe.
(L) means Leah is the mother. (l) means Leah's servant is the mother (R) means Rachel is the mother. (r) means Rachel's servant is the mother

Does it matter whose name comes first?


Well, when I read this portion, I noticed one tribe was missing!! Who is it?

It was Simeon.
Where is he?
